I am selling a 1965 Mustang Coupe. I recently purchased this vehicle and will describe its condition to the best of my knowledge. Restoration is three years old and shows well for local Cruise Nights and as a Daily Driver. The Mustang was originally a 6 cyl but has been upgraded to a V8 drive train. Engine: Rebuilt 289 V8 with a mild CAM and new 4-barrel Edelbrock intake and carburetor, dual exhaust with Tri Y exhaust headers, radiator, and battery. Drive Train and Suspension: Newly rebuilt T10 four speed with new clutch disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing, and pilot shaft bearing, new front spring, and front and rear shocks. Rear end gear ratio unknown. New upper and lower control arms, one-inch sway bar with urethane bushings, and urethane strut rod bushings. Wheels: Original set of 1965 style steel 14-inch rims with new Goodyear Viva II P195/75/14 tires. Body and Paint: Paint is a Volkswagen light metallic blue During restoration the following items were replaced and the car is now RUST FREE: Right and left full floor pans, right and left rear quarter panels, taillight panel, trunk drops, and hood. Interior: New black dash pad, headliner, seat upholstery, door panels, and carpet. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTATION COSTS AND ARRANGEMENTS.
