We inspect the vehicles when the vehicles are donated, and we work hard to describe the vehicle to the best of our knowledge. Cars2Charities will provide you with all the DMV paperwork that you will need in order to register the vehicle. Cars2Charities will provide all California buyers with either a Smog Certificate at the cost of $58.25 (paid by the buyer) or a "certificate of non-compliance". Smog test will be done after vehicle is sold and determined that California buyer has purchased the vehicle. Please call after you purchase the vehicle to request the smog test be made. Vehicle info: You are looking at a 1996 Ford Mustang that was donated to a local non-profit. The vehicle is well equipped and can be enjoyed right away. We have a smog certificate in hand. The car is in good condition. The engine is strong, starts up and runs really well. The Automatic transmission shifts well. The A/C is ice cold. The overall condition of the car is good, it has normal wear and tear. The outside paint has some scratches or small dings and the hood has multiple chips. The interior is in good shape, with normal wear on the seats. The left side seat has a couple of smaller tears, not a big deal. The brakes are 60% and the tires are almost brand new (see pics) Call or email if you have any questions. Payment and Fees: Each vehicle will be charged a $150 buyer fee on top of the winning bid. The deposit is a non refundable. A deposit must be made within 24-48 hours of winning bid. Deposit can be made using Paypal online. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up if you are local. All payments except the deposit will need to be certified funds only. This is: Cash, Cashiers check or money order. Delivery of your purchased vehicle: Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of your winning bid. If vehicle is not paid and picked up, a storage fee of $25 per day will be assessed on the purchase. If you are making transport arrangements with Cars 2 Charities, you will not be assessed a storage fee. Please call to make arrangements if you are having difficulty picking up the vehicle.
