Here you are bidding on a 1989 Honda VTR250 in great shape. Bought this bike as the third owner after it had sit for a long time. Spent over $200 buying a pristine rust free gas tank and a new aftermarket petcock. Also spent a lot of money getting the bike tuned up with a new battery and tune up, carb refresh, plugs, new tires, oil change, and a good cleaning. Followed suggestions of the best parts on the VTR250 forums for tires, bike has the Bridgestone BT45 in front and BT46 in back. The only blemishes/missing parts are the petcock knob and the plastic deformation on the lower fairing as shown. The front forks also leak a little and could use a rebuild. All of these problems are mild for a bike this age, you won't find a VTR250 in this shape with this low of miles again. The petcock is the only known aftermarket part on this bike, it is unrestored.
