UP FOR SALE IS A 2009 PONTIAC G8 GXP FIREHAWK. IF YOU ARE A GXP FAN THEN YOU KNOW THIS IS THE HOLY GRAIL OF G8'S. IT IS 1 OF 9 GXP FIREHAWKS PRODUCED AND THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. ALL 9 WERE SPECIALLY MADE FOR ONE CUSTOMER ONLY. IT IS EQUIPPED WITH THE 2 BIG OPTIONS, THE FIRST BEING A 6 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND THE OTHER BEING A MOONROOF. IT IS ALSO BLACK ON BLACK WHICH IS ALSO A GREAT COLOR. IT HAS ONLY 7,000 MILES ON IT AND IS 100% STOCK AND UNMODIFIED WHICH MAKES IT ULTRA COLLECTIBLE. I AM ONLY SELLING IT TO REPLACE IT WITH A CADILLAC CTS-V WHICH I PLAN TO DRIVE MUCH MORE INSTEAD OF RACKING THE MILES ON THE GXP. IT IS A BLAST TO DRIVE AND HAS A 550 HORSEPOWER SUPERCHARGED LS3 MOTOR. THE ONLY UPGRADED OPTION AVAILABLE FROM SLP WAS THE COMPETITION BRAKE PACKAGE AND IT HAS THOSE ON THIS CAR. IT IS FIREHAWK #26 AND SPECIAL EDITION #6. IT HAS NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT AND HAS 100% OF IT'S ORIGINAL PAINT. THE ONLY BLEMS ON THE CAR ARE A SMALL SCRATCH IN THE VERY LOW PART OF THE FRONT BUMPER COVER AND A SMALL SCRATCH ON THE REAR BUMPER COVER FROM SLIDING AN ITEM OUT OF THE TRUNK. BOTH OF THESE WERE ON THE CAR WHEN I PURCHASED IT. IF YOU WANT TO BE REALLY PICKY THE FLAT BLACK STRIPES ON THE HOOD ARE NOT AS FLAT BLACK AS THEY ONCE WERE AND WERE PROBABLY RUN THREW A FEW COMMERCIAL CAR WASHES. NOT A BIG DEAL TO REPLACE AND THERE ARE SHOPS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY THAT DO VINYL WRAPS AND CAN REDO IT EASY. I JUST HAD IT SERVICED 2 WEEKS AGO AT THE VERY TAIL END OF THE FACTORY WARRANTY AND THE CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER WAS REPLACED AND EVERYTHING ELSE CHECKED OUT FINE ON THE CAR. I HAD A LARGE NAIL IN ONE OF THE TIRES SO I JUST REPLACED BOTH FRONT TIRES AT THE SAME TIME AND THEY MATCH THE REARS. THE REAR TIRES SHOW NOT MUCH WEAR AT ALL. ONLY ONE OF THESE GXP'S HAVE BEEN SOLD IN THE LAST FEW YEARS AND THE MILES WERE QUITE A BIT HIGHER.
