1988 BMW 535i, 5 speed car with limited slip differential. Alpineweis with tan leather interior Here is a nice example of the fabled e28 BMW. The European bumpers really set off this car, and give it a sportier appearance. She has just under 140,000 miles, and has been well cared for. I have owned this car for 4 years, and have been impressed with its reliability, and ease of maintenance. All fluids have been changed (brake, transmission, rear differential, anti freeze, power steering, and of course motor oil), front brakes recently installed, Upper control arms with 750i bushings, Clutch master cylinder bracket replaced, along with the clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, shifter bushings; and guibo. A major tune up including plugs, cap, rotor, valve adjustment, fuel filter, air filter, main and fuel pump relays was performed at 125,000 miles. The exhaust was changed in November of 2013. There are 4 matching BF Goodrich g force tires, mounted on BMW cross spoked wheels, with about 15,000 miles on them. Included in the sale are 4 original TRX wheels. The ac blows cold, sunroof opens, cruise control works as it should, and all the equipment works on this car with the exception of the following: -antennae only goes ½ way up -left rear window operates very slowly. A replacement arm, and motor is included to be installed by the new owner. -headrest do not go up or down -dash is cracked -rear seat seam needs stitching The original owner’s manual is included, along with a nearly full tool kit in the trunk. The original USA spec bumpers and fog lights will also be included in this sale. Please look at the high resolution pictures to examine the condition of this vehicle. All doors, trunk, hood, fenders, engine, and transmission have matching vin numbers to this car. When I removed the rear bumper, I discovered that it had a replacement VIN tag on it.
