1982 MBZ 380SLCalifornia classic , No Reserve auctionruns and drives great Hi and thanks for looking .. up for sale is a 82 mbz 380SL .. this is a turn key car thats ready to drive.. its being offered with no reserve.. highest bidder wins.. the exterior is in overall good shape, paint shines well , does have couple spots of paint blisters and paint chips, also has a key scratch on the right side door, but overall very nice and presentable , chrome shines well, underbelly is clean and has no rust or damages, tires are at 60% all windows in good shape, all lights work fine, horn works, overall a nice looking car for its age.. interior is in ok shape, the 2 seats do have torn spots , its currently covered with real sheep skin covers, power windows work fine, power door locks work fine, ac blows but doesnt get cold, all gauges work fine, odometer stopped working last year , carpets are clean , and sun visors are off and in the trunk.. the soft top does have a rip in it.. cd player works fine.. first aid kit still intact.. has the spare tire and tools in the trunk.. Mechanically car is in great shape, starts right up every time, and runs super smooth.. does not smoke or shake.. always runs at normal temperatures and never overheats, its a pretty reliable driver.. has lots of power and its very smooth on the highway driving up to 90mph , no problems.. if your looking for a affordable rust free SL ,, then this might be a good candidate , this is not a mint car, but its alot better than most of the ones out there asking premium.. i have no room for this car or else id keep it.. its a good car to get and drive the way it is and slowly work on cosmetics.. a fun project thats very affordable and easy to find parts for.. gets thumbs up every time its in Hollywood.. you can never go wrong with a convertible benz.. price only goes up.. i have a clear title in my name and ready to sell.. i can assist you with shipping if you like.. just ask..
