It is the same vehicle. 1997 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, 127,172 miles. Automatic transmission, power steering/brakes/windows/door locks and driver's seat - all in working condition. AM/FM radio and cruise control. Vehicle has a cracked intake manifold (plastic) and leaks antifreeze. Vehicle was in operation as a City police vehicle before being transferred to the Public Works fleet. Vehicle does run and has been used as an errand vehicle (picking up parts, etc.) Damage to right-side passenger doors (open and close okay). Pleasant will not add sales tax to the purchase price. Payment of sales tax is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Title Transfer: It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to transfer the title at the nearest Secretary of State office after purchase. The title can be obtained at the time of pick-up. Pick Up: Once payment has been received, the Purchaser or his/her authorized representative may pick up the item at the Division of Public Works, 1303 North Franklin Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am. to 4:00pm. Sorry, no weekend pick-ups are available. The City may request identification from the person picking up the item. Removal of item(s) is at the risk and expense of the Purchaser. Purchaser may pay for and pick up the item on the same day. Time Limit: If an item is not picked up within seven (7) business days after the auction end date and time, the City of Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to retain the item, to re-list it for auction, and any other action as allowed by eBay rules.
