Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements when possible but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected. Verify with the "Carrier" for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure.
Fee and Tax Information: Payments: A deposit of $1,000.00 by Personal check, Cashier's Check, or Cash, of which $500.00 is non-refundable, must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the Auction (via mail, wire transfer, or in person). When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" is to provide a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license and proof of insurance. The remaining balance (plus applicable fees and taxes) must be paid within 5 days. If payment is made by cashier's check we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. Buyer must obtain financing or have financing ready prior to making an offer or selecting buy it now, in order to complete the transaction in the allotted time stated in the description noted in "Finalizing Your Purchase." When submitting offer, please state payment method. If you are financing, state the name of the financing institution.
Taxes and Fees: "Buyer" is responsible for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees and also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. A $289.00 documentation fee applies to out of state Ebay sales. Florida buyers pay $489 dealer/documentation fee.
Finalizing Your Purchase: Buyer must communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days after the auction ends, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".
