Vehicle is being re-listed as we had the police identification stickers removed from the vehicle. 2006 Ford Crown Victoria, 4-door, 127,457 miles. Black and white exterior, black interior. Some exterior scratches. Interior is in good condition. Vehicle is equipped with the following options: Automatic transmission; power steering, brakes, locks, and windows; air conditioning, rear defrost, and AM/FM radio. All police equipment (decals, radios and light bar) have been removed. Maintenance records are not available for this vehicle. This vehicle is being sold in AS IS condition. Vehicle does not run currently (bad transmission). Vehicle was towed to the Public Works yard in December 2013. Inspection of the vehicle is encouraged. Pleasant will not add sales tax to the purchase price. Payment of sales tax is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Title Transfer: It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to transfer the title at the nearest Secretary of State office after purchase. The title can be obtained at the time of pick-up. Pick Up: Vehicle is currently kept behind a locked gate in the Public Works yard. The gate is locked daily at 4:00 p.m. Once payment has been received, the Purchaser or his/her authorized representative may pick up the item at the Division of Public Works, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sorry, no weekend pick-ups. The City may request identification from the person picking up the item. Removal of item(s) is at the risk and expense of the Purchaser. If not using PayPal, the Purchaser may pay for and pick up the item on the same day. If an item is not picked up within seven (7) business days after the auction end date and time, the City of Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to retain the item, to re-list it for auction, and any other action as allowed by eBay rules.
