Rare barn find sitting for over 35 years with original paint and the patina on this car is great. This is a 1955 Jaguar Mark VII M There where only 2,016 of the M left hand drive cars produced and this cars engine produced 190 hp that was capable of 104 mph witch was the same drivetrain that was in the XK sports cars. This Jaguar has 4 speed manual transmission with the rare overdrive option. The engine is all original and turns over by hand. This is a project car that is 95% complete. The glass is perfect and the chrome has very few blemishes on it. The pictures show all the parts that go with the car. I have ownership paperwork but no title. The transmission with overdrive alone is worth my asking price. Interesting fact on the 1955 Mark 7 M car is that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth drove a 1955 Jaguar Mark VII M as her daily driver from 1955 to 1973. Also Stirling Moss and Mike Hawthorne raced the 1955 Jaguar Mark 7 M in races and won the Monte Carlo Rally in 1956.
