It is the buyers responsibiliy to verify the final millage before makeing final payment.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Houston, Texas, Harris County. Moreover, the choice of law will be of Texas law.
