The City of Mt. Pleasant (MI) is selling this vehicle on behalf of the Isabella County (MI) Sheriff Department. Vehicle is owned/operated by the Sheriff Department, not the City of Mt. Pleasant. 2007 Chevy Express van, 353,418 miles. Good condition inside and out. Small amount of rust on the and scratches on this vehicle. Small section of door trim is loose on driver door (see photo). Tires appear to be in good condition. Cloth bucket seats up front, three vinyl bench seats in back. There is a divider between front and rear seats. Tear in driver seat back (see photo). Comes with a jack and a full tank of gas! Vehicle was used as an inmate transport. All identifying decals, etc. have been removed from the vehicle. Maintenance records are not available. This vehicle is being sold in AS IS condition. Inspection is encouraged. Pleasant will not add sales tax to the purchase price. Payment of sales tax is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Title Transfer: It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to transfer the title at the nearest Secretary of State office after purchase. The title can be obtained at the time of pick-up. Pick Up: Once payment has been received, the Purchaser or his/her authorized representative may pick up the item at the Division of Public Works, 1303 North Franklin Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sorry, no weekend pick-ups are allowed. The City may request identification from the person picking up the item. Removal of item(s) is at the risk and expense of the Purchaser. Purchaser may pay for and pick up the item on the same day. Time Limit: If an item is not picked up within seven (7) business days after the auction end date and time, the City of Mt. Pleasant reserves the right to retain the item, to relist it for auction, block the bidder from future auctions, and any other action as allowed by eBay rules.
