Let's start out with the positives...This bike looks, runs and starts great! I purchased this bike four years ago and restored it including new professional paint job; powder-coated (see pictures) the air cleaner boxes, passenger foot peg braces, chain guard and tail light support; new seat cover; and new foot pegs, handle grips and mirrors. I've since driven this bike back and forth to work every day--weather permitting. Just this past month, I went through the carburetors, added new fuel lines and filters (see pictures) and installed a starter. Now, the "bumps and bruises". As you can see in the pictures, there is a minor knee dent in the left side of the gas tank, as well as a paint pit also on the gas tank. The pit resulted from the handle bars striking it due to a bolt that originally stuck out. However, I have protected it from further damage by putting a rubber stopper on then handle bar. The left signal housing is slightly bent. Finally, the right air cleaner cover has a piece missing (see photos). People stop me all the time and comment on this bike. It's striking for sure and fun to drive! The color scheme is very popular. Don't miss out on this head-turner! Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
