PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION..... !!! Up for sale this true classic a 1971 FORD MUSTANG 302 V8 4 BARREL HOLLEY CARBURETOR, AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. THIS IS A TRUE CLASSIC AMERICAN MUSCLE CAR... WHAT A GREAT FIND!!!! SHE IS IN GREAT CONDITION !!!! I have owned in the past several classic cars including mustangs, but I never found one before in such of good condition like this 71' pony, originally from Oklahoma, it was in storage for many years, only god knows how many. The car ended up in Nebraska just a few years ago, that's when I found it ALL ORIGINAL, rims, hub caps, even the tires are back from the 70's I think !!!! I decided to bring it back to alive... ENGINE I started with the engine : Got rid of the stock carburetor and installed a 4 barrel Holley high performance, (it may still needs a little adjustment), installed a new high quality Accel distributor part number A59206, new super racing Ford set of wires, new plugs, new coil, new battery, cables, filters, the power steering works great very soft, ALL NEW FLOWMASTER DUAL EXHAUST SYSTEM (muffler, pipes etc).. she sounds GREAT!!! BRAKES: It has drums on all wheels. The brakes system is original just like all the rest and in good working order. FUEL SYSTEM, that was the next thing we did: Installed a new gas tank, new sending unit, filters, fuel lines and new fuel pump. SUSPENSION: then we went through all the suspension system and installed pretty much EVERYTHING NEW, shocks, springs, tie rods ends etc etc. The transmission is factory original, feels strong and shifts perfect!! ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: electrical system it's ALL GOOD.. All lights work great, head lights, parking lights, turning signal lights, brake lights, even the interior light, all working good, new windshield wipers also are good, all the gauges in the dash work perfect, temp, oil, fuel, alternator, speedo etc etc... all is good (only the AC needs to be fixed), heat for the winter works fine and window defrost, even the cigarette lighter works. You name it... This is a great find in great condition that you wont find that easy!!! EVEN STILL HAS IN THE TRUNK THE 43 YEARS OLD SPARE TIRE BAND NEW WITH THE STICKER ON IT...... HOW CRAZY IS THAT !!!!!!!!! INTERIOR: As you can see in the pics the interior it's in EXCELLENT CONDITIONS, the carpet is brand new, seats are in grat condition (only the drives seat shows wear see pic), door panels are excellent, beautiful head liner, the entire dash is good (only one crack on the dash pad), all the bottoms, controllers, handles all is there w/ NO missing parts, I installed a brand new black and chrome super sport 13" mustang steering wheel (I still has the original one from factory), it has am/fm radio cassette player and yes it works, all seat belt are there and working fine. EXTERIOR: This is what it really amazings me THIS IS THE CLEANES 43 YEARS OLD MUSTANG I EVER FOUND, SOLID AS A ROCK, clean quarter panels no rust, front fenders and innerfender no rust, doors no rust, clean trunk no rust, engine compartment no rust, ALL UNDER THE CAR IS CLEAN W/ NO RUST AS WELL!!! (I only see little rust on the buttom side of the hood that's it). I think the car was repainted some time in the past with the original ford color of course but at this point the paint already faded, it has paint chips and cracks on the paint here and there, I only put some primer on the trunk lid and on the paint chips to avoid any rust (see pics) so... yes it needs a new paint job... I didn't want to paint it before because I like how it it looks like that, A TRUE SURVIVOR! THIS 71' STANG IS A BEAST ON THE OPEN HWY, DRIVE IT A 70 MPH W/ NO PROBLEM, POWER STEERING IS VERY SOFT SO YOU CAN DRIVE IT W/ ONE FINGER. I have it for sale locally for 10K, like I said before this is a great find super clean and with ALL THE UPGRADES that I have done already, so I know is worth more than that, but of course my reserve price here on ebay is way less, so here is you chance DON'T LET IT GO !!! IMPORTANT Please go though all the pictures and read the entire description slowly and IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK BEFORE DIDDING. ... If you live on the area and want to come over and inspect the car before the auction ends, you are welcome. I tried to take many pictures and describe the car according of knowledge but the Buyer still responsible of inspecting the vehicle before buying. Car is - sold as is - does NOT has any kind of warranty but I know you will like it as much as we do, she is a great classic in great condition!!! Buyer is responsible of picking the car up where it is (Bellevue NE) and full payment is due after seven (7) days of auction ends. We'll take CASH ONLY, sorry but we don't trust in checks..
