very nice 1979 honda cbx motorcycle.i have owned and riden this bike for approx.8 years.everything works as it should.carbs have been syncronized,plugs have about 500 miles on them,tires are almost new (about 1000 miles on them).very smooth and strong running bike.doesn't smoke or have any mechanical issues.battery is about 4 years old.pretty much original except for fork brace and mirror.previous owner put on lines for air forks and sealed the gas tank(probably as a precaution)i have had no problems with the bike it runs shifts and handles very well.exhaust is original and in excellent condition.front brake pads are new chain is about 2 years old and in excellent condition.has a small amount of clutch rattle as do all 79 cbx's.bike is ready to ride.clear title and original tool kit.rear side of front fender has some paint chips and some peeling.shipping or pickup is up to buyer.i will help load if needed.must be paid for and picked up in no more than 2 weeks from purchase.20% down through paypal ,balance in cash or bank check on pickup.you can email or call me at 502-594-7007 if you have questions.just to note that the one sidecover has a small spot that looks like it got too close to something hot(see picture)and if you run your hand over the tank it feels like a small dimple in the tank not noticable in the picture but wanted to mention it.
