Up for sale is a 1988 Porsche 928 S4. This fine example of a 928 has only 77,000 miles from new and has spent it's entire life in sunny rust free California and Nevada. It is finished in a stunning color combo of a black exterior with a Carmel leather interior. This 928 recently came out of a large private collection where it had been sitting for since 2007 when It was purchased from Ferrari of Orange County. It has a clean Carfax report as well. The paint and body are in very nice shape and seemed to be all original paint when we purchased the car but we had to repaint the front bumper cover due to a large scratch in it. The car looks great from every angle especially considering it is 26 years old. The interior shows well and the only area that shows age is the top of the instrument cluster housing that has some small cracks in it from the sun. The only non stock items on the car are a set of 17" cup wheels, a later model blaupunkt radio/CD player and a cut out in the dash under the radio where it had a vintage escort radar detector installed(it is still wired and the original radar is included with the car) We just had this 928 S4 serviced and it runs and drives great. It starts, accererates, shifts and stops just like it should. It has a set of matched Michelin pilot tires but are near the wear bars and should be replaced soon. Everything we tried works well on the car with the exception of the trip meter(odometer works fine) and the remote power hatch release.
