1962 Ford T-Bird. It is equipped with 390 engine, swing away steering wheel, power steering and brakes. Interior is in above average condition for the age of the car, has a couple of small cracks in leather but nothing extreme. Car starts, runs & drives great, very smooth & it just glides going down the road. Ive had the car up to 65mph & cruises great! NEEDS>Gas gauge(rebuild current or I have extras or get new), radio only works on AM(its a "aftermarket original" & looks stock, I do have original OEM), original power antenna was removed my previous owner due to non function, driver window needs to be readjusted(its nothing wild out of whack but there is a .5" gap between window/door. . .I push it back into place). All are very very minor issues. Car is rust free, solid body, floor pans, doors, hood & trunk deck. . .all clean. All jambs line up great, doors open & close great. Paint isn't show quality but its very good, doesn't have a high gloss shine to it but id say a good wet sand & buff will shine her right up. Car reads 55k mi & last titled at 153k as actual mileage. Fairly new full exhaust system(not obnoxious & loud), shocks are less then 2yrs old. Freshly tuned & rebuilt OEM carb early January 2014(has 1yr warranty). Clear title in hand, this was a Phoenix & New Mexico(Albuquerque) car pretty much its entire life. I have manuals, books & a number of extra gauges, air cleaner, couple of original extra hub caps & car cover that will go with the car. Overall this is a great car that will take very little to restore to show condition. Please no lowball or crazy trade offers.
