2000 FORD EXPLORER VIN: 1FMZU72X7YZB92213, Rough, but runs. Engine is good. Gold/tan color. With some work, you'll be quite pleased at this great buy! It does run and can be driven, The engine is sound and the starter was replaced about a year ago. Two new tires (back) with only a few hundred miles on them. A/C is cold, cruise control works, cd works. It needs a major cleaning inside, the back window shattered and needs to be replaced, the muffler is loud and a new one needed(inspection failed due to this), the latch for the hood is acting up and needs to be adjusted (hood closes and latches, but there is a gap), the middle console is missing the top portion (interior of car) , the power steering hose is leaking and needs patching/replaced. The inside back panel (door) cover is missing. There are obvious dents, scratches, rust (to foot lifts into car), but at this price, can't you overlook it? Are you asking yourself if it can be driven away? Yes, it can, although it would be a loud ride, but not the loudest we've heard. The muffler is on, but loud and consider we keep a bottle of power steering fluid in the front so that we can add it as needed. We have been very upfront about the issues with this car and it is an as is sale. It would be great to fix up, especially at our price, but you could also part it out. We paid several hundreds of dollars for the two tires and starter alone. Smoke free drivers owned this car.
