1970 Honda CT70 With 102 Original MilesGarage Find Classic (Unrestored Original Condition with 102 Original Miles).Bike was purchased from the original owner here in Washington State stored in a garage under a tarp(title was misplaced over the 44 years of ownership).Bike will be sold with a bill of sale.Owner's manual is included in the sale which was located. Comes with the original Honda CT70 Chrome rack that was an option back then for an addition cost. Rear foot brake pedal still has the clear plastic cover attached to it. Tires are the original Bridgestone's in near perfect condition(no dry rot or cracking).Seat cover near the front has a 1-1/2 inch area where a varmint chewed on it shown in pictures, I put a piece of electrical tape on it to preserve it from getting worse. Paint is very nice original untouched (front forks have a couple areas where they got scuff from years of storage shown in the pictures. This bike was not stored in a glass case in a museum so does show some natural patina. Cables are all in working order (not froze up or cracked)has the original cable ties on the handle bars. All electronics work as they should (installed a new battery due to listing bike to make sure everything functions properly).Engine starts with ease and purrs as a little Honda should with low mileage. Oil was changed prior to starting motor (no smoke) runs and rides very smooth. Had 101 original miles when brought out from under the tarp I ran it up the road and through the gears has 102 miles now. I'm listing this bike with a no reserve so it will sale to the highest bidder (I also used the option of Best Offer as well)a feature I've never used before.
