Cars2Charities will provide you with all the DMV paperwork that you will need in order to register the vehicle. Keep in mind any DMV fees, registration fees, transfer fees, late penalties and smog fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Cars2Charities will provide all California buyers with either a Smog Certificate at the cost of $58.25 (paid by the buyer) or a "certificate of non-compliance". THIS IS A VERY NICE EXAMPLE OF THESE CONVERTIBLES. WE HAVE SMOGGED THE VEHICLE AND ITS READY TO BE TRANSFERED TO THE NEW BUYER. OPTIONS: V8 3.8 LITER AUTOMATIC REMOVABLE HARDTOP CONVERTIBLE A/C CHROME WHEELS SOFT TOP CONVERTIBLE CD PLAYER LEATHER SEATS CHAMPAGNE GOLD EXTERIOR BROWN INTERIOR LOW 105K MILES SMOG CERTIFICATE IN HAND THE CAR HAS BEEN WELL KEPT AND IS IN GOOD CONDITION, IT WAS DONATED BY A OLDER COUPLE IN MONTEREY CA AND THEY HARDLY EVER USED IT. IT IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE EXCEPT FOR THE LEFT SEAT THAT IS SHOWING SOME WEAR. YOU CAN SEE THE PICTURE. THE TIRES ARE IN GOOD SHAPE AND THE THE BRAKES ARE ABOUT 40% LEFT. THEIR ARE A COUPLE OF SMALL SURFACE RUST SPOTS ON THE TRUNK RIGHT BY THE EMBLEMS, NOT ANY MAJOR ISSUES. THE REAR BUMPER CHROME HAS A COUPLE OF DINGS AND SEEN IN THE PICTURES. THE CAR IS IN GOOD SHAPE. THE CAR STARTS UP AND NO SMOKE ON START UP. IT RUNS STRONG. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS GOOD, BUT IT COULD USE A VACUMN ADJUSTMENT, WHEN THE ENGINE IS COLD, THE TRANS WILL SHIFT A BIT HARD UNTIL THE ENGINE WARMS UP. THE HARDTOP IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE INCLUDING THE HEADLINER. THE SOFT OP IS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE, NO RIPS, OR TEARS, READY TO BE ENJOYED FOR THOSE CALIFORNIA DAYS. Payment and Fees: Each vehicle will be charged a $150 buyer fee on top of the winning bid. A deposit must be made within 24-48 hours of winning bid. The deposit will be non-refundable unless Cars 2 Charities has misrepresented the vehicle. Deposit can be made using Paypal online or a Credit Card over the phone. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up. All payments except the deposit will need to be certified funds only. This is: Cash, Cashiers check or money order. Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of winning bid. If vehicle is not paid and picked up, a storage fee of $25 per day will be assessed on the purchase. Transport: We offer nationwide transport services to all our buyers and transport to the port for all international buyers. Please call us or email for a quote.
