Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is an extremely nice 2009 Honda Foreman ES EPS 500 Electris Shift, 4x4, Utility ATV with Electronic Power Steering. The Foreman line is Honda's "Work Horse" line of ATV's. It is one of the most dependable ATV's ever made and they literally last a lifetime. It starts with the 500 class, liquid-cooled, four-stroke engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. This Foreman is the Electric Shift version. The electric shift is a great option because it is very easy to use, just push a button with your left thumb to shift up or down. No clutch lever to operate, no belts to ever slip or break, and no EXPENSIVE hydraulic pump transmissions to go out and replace. Electronic Power Steering (EPS) is hands down the best feature on this machine. The electronic control unit measures input forces, resistance, and speed, alerting the motor to deliver turning forces at predetermined levels. Power steering is a pricey option but something no new ATV should be without. Not only does it make it super easy to steer, but it also prevents kickback when trail riding. No more having the handlebars jerked out of your hands when you catch a rock or tree root with only one front tire. Once you ride an ATV with EPS, you'll never want to go back to anything without it. These Foreman models can be taken in and out of 4 wheel drive simply by pushing a switch. Of course digital instrumentation, racks, and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. Also included on this Foreman is a winch. Winches are great pieces of equipment to have because they offer you the piece of mind in knowing that you can get out of any sticky situation you may find yourself in from time to time. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on and ride every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in very nice condition. It has 893 original miles and 173.8 engine hours of use. It has been well maintained and looked after. To see it in person, you'd think it only had about 300-400 miles on it.The engine is perfect and fires immediately. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks, or smoke.The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent, or broken. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc.The wheels are in nice shape and the tires are brand new. Not much to say on condition, it's pretty nice. It does have some light trail scratches which should be expected when looking at a used ATV, but it is otherwise very nice. This machine has been well maintained and it truly shows. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. A new one just like this would set you back around $8049 plus fees. This one looks great, runs like new, and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. If we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
