1955 Oldsmobile Super 88 2dr Holiday Hardtop. It was bought new in Texas, but was found in a local Tucson shop where it had been sitting for 25 years. Needs a full restoration, but you have a great base to start with. The car is 95% rust free. Driver floor needs a small patch by the gas pedal, and the spare tire well is rusted out. There are a few pieces of glass that are cracked, interior needs updating, and chrome needs re-plating. Nothing mentioned is out of the ordinary for a 60 year old car. The motor runs very well. It fires right up, idles nicely. The carb, and fuel pump were rebuilt. The car doesn't smoke, and there are no strange motor noises. All lights work. All gauges work including the speedometer. Radio was refurbished, and has been tested/works. The only part missing is the air cleaner (and the battery is not included). Accessories/Options: 4bbl, power steering, power brakes, rear speaker, hydramatic transmission, dash clock, tinted glass (all windows), back up lights, courtesy lights, parking brake warning light. Original colors are the popular Turquoise/ Polar White (paint code S41-60). $500 PayPal deposit is required within 24 hours.
