Up for auction is my restored 1951 Buick Special model 48d 2dr sedan with YES 36k original documented miles...Was a barn find in Pennsylvania originally black in color. Decided to change to the color to period correct Buick two tone color combination Victoria Maroon poly with Sky gray top. Very little rust was uncovered during restoration on both rear quarter panels behind moldings. All rust repaired unsing lead and complete restoration captured via photo album that comes with car. Clean Pa title in hand and ready to go. There is so much to list about this car it is a must see and drive to really appreciate. Car is located in storage facility in Collegeville Pa 19426. Pains me to sell but I have other projects in the works and this car deserves to be driven and appreciated more than it is now. Engine: Buick Fireball I-8 263ci Transmission: Dynaflow Automatic Interior: Completely redone including headliner, sunvisors,front and rear bench seats,windlace,door panels and carpet.Tube radio rebuilt and works great ( hope you like AM ) Exterior: All chrome triple plated including front and rear bumpers,skirts and bumper trim,hood ornaments,grille moustache bar,taillamp bezels,trunk trim and reverse light bezels, Chassis : Torque tube seal replaced 7/2012, new exhaust system,new brakes,electric fuel pump installed to increase driveability,generator rebuilt,carb rebuilt,new battery,recent tune up,new tires,fuel tank flushed and coated,new brake lines and fuel lines. This car is a head turner and a award winner in many shows. Gets tons of attention wherever she goes. Comes with spare parts mostly exterior trim and also interior upholstry. Once again this car is a DRIVER not a garage queen. This car runs GREAT and I am proud to say that I have restored this car to be street worthy and to be enjoyed by it's next owner.
