Let me start off by saying I've been in the car business for over 37 years and I've owned everything from a 1971 Hemi Cuda to a 1953 Volkswagen Bug Convertible and in all those years I would have to say that this is the cleanest sweet heart of an all original Chevy that I have ever seen. The only paint and body work that has ever been done on this car since it left the factory in 1957 are 2 two small spots on the lower right and left front fenders that were repaired years ago and there is one small hole in one of the outer floor braces on the floor with that being said this car is so amazingly preserved that I took over 150 photos and will post my email add. below this auction add. so you can see how incredibly clean this car truly is. It is truly a time capsule. The engine purrs like a kitten and the car shifts and drives as smooth as glass. If you remember there was an auction about 6 or 8 months back where an old couple owned a dealership and the family was selling a whole field of cars. An example like this in that auction was selling for $30,000 to $40,000 . Because the old saying goes they are only original once. Upon viewing the photos they will speak for themselves.
