1976 MGB CONVERTIBLE WITH ALL THE OPTIONS OVERDRIVE, AIR CONDITIONING, 4 WHEEL DISC BRAKES, ELECTRIC WINDOWS. You are bidding on a 1976 MGB Convertible. This car is an older restoration that was done about 10 years ago, and has been refreshed over the past 12 months. I replaced the carpets, panel kit, seats were replaced with different seats for comfort and covered in a two tone Green/Creme. The dash was removed on the original restoration, replaced with a new dash that was dyed creme, and added the 3M wood look dash. See photos. A new convertible top has been fitted and boot cover to match. The trunk has been carpeted and tire cover made. The carpet is green to match the interior carpet which is green as well. The hood and bumpers are fiberglass car was lowered with lighter wheels for better handeling. Electric windows were installed as well as air conditioning. This a/c system has heat and defrost and was mounted where the original heater box was in the engine bay. With a 3 speed fan and temperature controls makes the MG a much better driver. Supervision head lights were installed as well as fog lights, really helps with visibility at night. The engine was rebuilt during the original restoration, but the head has been recently taken off and was machined and a valve job done.and pistons tops were cleaned, Compression is great. An electronic distributor has been added as well as larger HS6 Carburetors. Brakes were converted to disc brakes in the rear which is a huge improvement on braking. This also has a shock conversion on the rear.With the overdrive transmission and the AC makes this a really nice highway driver.
