This 1952 MG was rebuilt to be a show car and a driver--The English Morris engine was replaced with a perfect fit Datsun 210 1397 cc engine. with five speed transmission --there was a complete frame off restoration and a new top and paint plus the chrome--The wood dash was redone and the car is just PLAIN PRETTY plus it is a good reliable driver--However the car can be made to enter a concours and requires the original Motor-- THIS LISTING INCLUDES TWO ENGINES THE ORIGINAL MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION THAT HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY REBUILT--AND THE DATSUN B210 THATS IN THE CAR --BOTH MOTORS ARE INCLUDED IN THE NEW PRICE. . The MG is in Carmel California and has been driven in Pacific grove and Pebble Beach It really looks good and is a reliable driver --It has very little mileage since the restoration and the mileage listed is after the restoration. Cream Color-Tan Leather interior--Tan Canvas top and Boot --Chrome Wheels --Rear view mirror--Fog lamps--Wood Steering wheel--Chrome luggage Rack--and more--it is well maintained mechanically and has a current california license #462MBV --The body is solid without dents or damage. It is sitting in a garage with new battery on twinkle charge and the boot to cover the interior. --I have driven the car and it is ready to go The owner --now approaching mid eighty's has not been able to drive the car recently I am in the process of liquidation of his collections. Note --there was some patina on some of the exposed chrome it is been polished.
