THIS IS THE REAL DEAL! Straight out of Grand Pa's Time capsule. Very close to perfect original condition, Best "Barn Find" EVER!No rust, 118k miles runs and drives well. Clear title with non-op. 1966 Q code convertible with factory A/C (one of 60+-) 428,C-6, 4bbl. Factory 8 track. All numbers match Car has been immaculately maintained, Garage kept and never abused. Minimal effort to bring to concourse condition On Mar-02-14 at 18:54:15 PST, seller added the following information: ADDED USEFUL INFORMATION: The car has been in storage since 1991, prior to that it appears to have been a Sunday driver. We purposely did not pressure wash engine or under carriage as to accurately represent true condition. we feel this is important for a true survivor car such as this given its rarity. We have changed all fluids, rebuilt carb.replaced plugs, master and rear wheel cylinders. The engine is incredibly smooth without ANY smoke knocks or ticks.Power steering is smooth and quiet. Transmission shifts perfect and tight. The mufflers are origional FOMOCO and no holes or rust. Flaws: Drivers side tie rod end is a bit sloppy, A/C needs r-12 top off.
