Cars2Charities will provide you with all the DMV paperwork that you will need in order to register the vehicle. Keep in mind any DMV fees, registration fees, transfer fees, late penalties and smog fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Cars2Charities will provide all California buyers with either a Smog Certificate at the cost of $58.25 (paid by the buyer) or a "certificate of non-compliance". THE TRUCK IS IN FAIR CONDITION, IT HAS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, AND NEEDS SOME WORK. THE EXTERIOR HAS SOME DENTS, BUT NOTHING MAJOR OR SIGNIFICANT. THE INTERIOR IS IN GOOD SHAPE. THE VEHICLE WILL START UP, BUT SOMETIMES THE STARTER GETS STUCK. THERE IS A MAJOR TRANSMISSION FLUID OIL LEAK. IT LOOKS LIKE THE FLYWHEEL AND REAR MAIN SEAL NEED TO BE REPLACED, BUT WE HAVE NOT TORN DOWN THE TRANSMISSION TO BE SURE. THE VEHICLE WILL NEED TO BE TOWED AWAY AFTER PURCHASE. THIS VEHICLE HAS A CLEAR WASHINGTON STATE TITLE. NO CURRENT DMV FEES DUE Payment and Fees: Each vehicle will be charged a $150 buyer fee on top of the winning bid. The deposit is a non refundable deposit unless Cars 2 Charities has mis represented the vehicle. A deposit must be made within 24-48 hours of winning bid. Deposit can be made using Paypal online or a Credit Card over the phone. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up. All payments except the deposit will need to be certified funds only. This is: Cash, Cashiers check or money order. Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of winning bid. If vehicle is not paid and picked up, a storage fee of $25 per day will be assessed on the purchase. Please call to make arrangements if you are having difficulty picking up the vehicle.
