This is a 2013 Volvo XC70 AWD. It is a brand new car that we have driven around 400 miles here. It has a MSRP of $41950.00. It was a Hurricane Sandy car that was on the port as a brand new unit. The car runs,drives,stops and starts. There are electrical issues so not all components work. Many of the parts have been replaced including the wire harness but we no longer have the programmer to program the new parts to sink with the car. Again this car has a Michigan Rebuilt Salvage title that is state certified. It does not require another inspection to license the car.
