THIS IS A 2 WHEEL DRIVE VECHICLE. NOTE!!!!! It is NOT 4 wheel drive. You are bidding on a 1974 DJ5C right hand drive mail jeep. I am selling this for my cousin who does not have a computer. PLEASE DIRECT all questions to him. He can be reached most evenings after 5 pm Central time at 417-679-4173. The odometer on this vehicle reads 28410. My cousin inherited this jeep from a friend several years ago and doesn't know if the odometer has gone around. The vehicle is in running condition, has a completely overhauled transmission with less than 100 miles on it. The drum brakes have been all rebuilt with new wheel cylinders on the back and rebuilt cylinders on the front. The master cylinder has also been rebuilt. This vehicle did NOT come with power brakes so it takes more pressure than one is used to, to stop. There are aftermarket power brake units available for this vehicle. The gas tank has been removed and cleaned. The tires are serviceable but the brands are different. The wheels are 15". This vehicle has been driven in the last week, and has a new battery. Vehicle is currently licensed in Missouri, has a current inspection certificate and a CLEAR TITLE. The unit has minor rust, excellent floorboards, paint is fresh, minor dent in left front fender, 2 bucket seats in front with good upholstery. Buyer is responsible to pick up or arrange for pick up of vehicle with the following exception. We will deliver this jeep within a 250 mile radius of Gainesville Missouri. This will include cities such as St Louis, Kansas City, Little Rock Ark Memphis and Tulsa.
