Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is a beautiful 1982 Honda CB900F Supersport. It was built around a bratstyle ,café, sport tracker mix The bike was built by café creations and customs in florida..we started out with a stock cb900f ss Tank does have a dent in it the size of a dime but that's what gives her character ;-) As you see its an old bike so there are NO warranties expressed or implied...as is condition Paint was striped and the bare metal tank was cleared overBar end turn signals and rear turn signals in the frameCarburetors have been rebuilt, jetted.New Shinko tires are mounted on stock wheels which are done in copper 12v/12amp battery mounted on the swingarm5 3/4 headlight with bikini fairing in copperDan moto digital guageCustom fabricated seat by café creations and customsBare metal celared over with copper accents The CB900F uses a 901 cc (55.0 cu in) four-cylinder DOHC engine, essentially the same as in the Honda CB900C, and sharing many components with the Honda CB750 engine, differing mainly in a square 62 mm × 62 mm (2.4 in × 2.4 in) bore x stroke.[10] The 901 cc (55.0 cu in) engine is also closely related to the engines used in the short-lived CB1000C and the CB1100F/CB1100R. It was similar to the exotic inline-6 CBX1000 in having a two stage cam chain, where a long chain drove the inlet camshaft, and from there a second, shorter chain drove the exhaust camshaft.[10] The CB900F was a high-performance motorcycle that built on the racing success of the DOHC CB750F. The CB900F produces 95 bhp (71 kW)[1][10] @ 9000 rpm[8] and uses a five-speed transmission and chain final drive. Though closely related, the CB900C produced in the same period uses a five-speed transmission with two-speed differential and shaft drive components. The twin downtube steel frame was conventional in design, but very strong. The strengthened frame, along with the improved suspension design made the CB900F, "arguably the best Honda had build for the street," perhaps one of the first Hondas ready to challenge European motorcycles not just in engine output but in handling.[8] A $250.00 deposit is due at the conclusion of the auction. I accept PayPal for the DEPOSIT ONLY. Remainder of payment will need to be made prior to shipping. I WILL NOT accept PayPal as a form of final payment for this auction. Once payment has cleared, shipping can be arranged. I will assist buyer in the preparation and shipping of the motorcycle to their location - but ultimately shipping is the responsibility of the buyerThank you for looking, and feel free to send any questions you may have.
