NO RESERVE!!! SUPER DUPER GOAT-MOBILE FOR SALE!! Needs lots of Tender Loving Care and some work to bring it back to par. This truck has been a hard working vehicle for our dairy goat farm and for a large animal vet. Not a lot of miles for its age, but we can't prove that because the odometer went out a couple of years ago at 94k. We estimate that we have driven it another 25-30,000 miles since that time. It still runs and drives wherever we need it, but is rough and loses power sometimes. It has not made any long trips, only local. Our family was the second owner of this truck, and have had it for many years. We have the title in hand and it has current license & tag. THE GOOD: It's a Dodge Ram and is definitely Ram Tough!!! It will haul a half ton of feed or hay easily, and has a full eight foot bed with liner for those building projects! The bed liner is in excellent condition. The top is easily removed if you need an open bed for hauling. It can haul 6-8 full size goats, small calves, pigs, dogs & poultry. The Camper top was ventilated specifically for that purpose. It has four BRAND NEW TIRES that have less than 500 miles on them. We were surprised when a family member offered us another truck that was too good to pass on, but that was after we got the tires. The heat & air work well, and the truck is basically solid except for the dings that happened on the farm (no road accidents that we are aware of). The cab is in good shape. There is decent storage space behind the seat - enough for a load of groceries, tools, or luggage. There is a receiving hitch on the back for light towing. Paint is in good shape except on dented area THE BAD: Transmission work needed soon, electrical panel, radio & antennae, windshield, speedometer & odometer all need repair for function, safety and inspection purposes. The gate latch works but is missing the actual handle, so the rods have to be manually pushed to open the tail gate. THE UGLY: Front bumper hanging low, dent in left rear panel from trying to pull it our of a mud hole with the tractor; crack in windshield. Some people think our redneck Goat Mobile Cap is ugly, but boy has it been useful!! We are definitely going to miss that capacity (moved to a short-bed truck). This truck is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS and sale is final as we have tried to describe all the known issues. We will be glad to answer any questions prior to the end of the auction, and even happier to show the truck to you in person.
