IT IS A HYBRID CAR. IT IS A CALIFORNIA CAR, NO RUST AT ALL. THE CAR IS IN GENERALLY GOOD SHAPE. IT HAS THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS: - 4 CYLINDER HYBRID MOTOR - AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION - COLD A/C -POWER WINDOWS -POWER DOOR LOCKS -KEYS ENTRY REMOTE WITH KEY -CASSETTE PLAYER -TILT WHEEL -CLOTH INTERIOR -ALLOY WHEELS THE CAR IS IN GOOD SHAPE, IT HAS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR WITH SOME LIGHT SCRATCHES ON IT. THE INTERIOR IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THE TIRES ARE ABOUT 45% LEFT ON IT. THE CAR STARTS AND DRIVES WELL, AND THE TRANSMISSION IS SMOOTH. THE BATTERY WARNING LIGHT IS ON THE DASH. IT LOOKS LIKE A MALFUNCTION ISSUE, WE HAVE TESTED THE CAR AND IT DRIVES FINE. IN OUR RESEARCH, IF THE MAIN BATTERY WARNING LIGHT WAS ON, THE CAR WOULD NOT BE STARTING AND RUNNING OR DRIVING. THE TITLE IS A CALIFORNIA SALVAGE TITLE AND HAS NOT BEEN CURRENTLY REGISTERED FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. IF THE CAR IS PURCHASED AND REGISTERED OUT OF STATE, ALL CURRENTLY DMV FEES AND PENALTIES WILL BE WAIVED IN ALL STATES OUTSIDE OF CA. CALIFORNIA BUYERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A DMV REGISTRATION FEE AND PENALTY FOR APPROX 3 YEARS. Payment and Fees: Each vehicle will be charged a $150 buyer fee on top of the winning bid. A deposit must be made within 24 hours of winning bid. Deposit can be made using Paypal or a Credit Card over the phone. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up. All payments except the deposit will need to be certified funds only. This is: Cash, Cashiers check or money order. Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of winning bid. If vehicle is not paid and picked up, a storage fee of $25 per day will be assessed on the purchase.
