1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 210 2-door Hard Top 235 cid 6cyl. Auto offered with ***NO RESERVE*** by Gas Monkey Garage. The 1957 Bel Air is among the most recognizable American cars of all time; well-maintained examples, especially Sport Coupes and Convertibles are highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts. They are roomy, with tastefully restrained use of tail fins and chrome. Motor Trend magazine gave the Bel Air top marks for handling plus a comfortable ride, and good visibility. We found this good solid example with damage to the right rear ¼ panel from a fallen tree having been stored in a private collection for quite some time. The damage is contained in the ¼ panel only, the trunk & window area escaped damage during the herbivorous attack! (See detailed photos). The interior is fairly complete having had some bucket seats installed at some time in the past for a more comfortable and sportier ride. The dash looks to have all of the trim and gauges present as well. This car runs & drives, however it should be completely serviced prior to driving for the first time due to age. This is a good solid example of the ’57 Chevy 210 with minimal rust present (see all photos) suitable for a classic restoration, advertising and promotional use or hot rod project.
