this is a 1999 200hp 25in. mercury outboard power head is rebuilt new pistons bearings seals gaskets clean carbs / new water pump/ new switch boxs/ the lower unit has been took apart and gone threw as well. the top cowl had some damage so i put a 175hp cowl on it but motor comes with steal prop and controls and both cowls.
