1974 Triumph Bonneville

This is a great "rider", it has only about 10 hours on a $2000 engine rebuild that was done about 10 years ago. It runs and rides great, has tons of power, no leaks, no smoke. The lights work as well as the charging system. The paint is not original and has some crazing in the clear coat. The pipes have pea-shooters on them as opposed to the megaphones. The chrome is dull on the front fender in some places and the front wheel has some dull spots. The rear shocks are not stock, and are much better (made by Progressive Suspension), the tires are like new (Avon Roadrunners, made in England). The only thing it needs sometime in the future is, an oil change ( I just changed it, but would need it again due to the new engine bits, and one of the fork seals has a very slight leak..more like it sweats as opposed to a leak. The engine and frame numbers match, the seat is excellent. The whole has a nice patina..I wouldn't do anything to it..just ride it.
