This 1979 Trans Am has been stored under cover in my uncle's garage for the past 20 years. Not only is it an all original car but it is an all original (Y84) T-top delete car. Do your homework, There is only around 30 of these cars KNOWN to even exist. I have all the PHS paper to back this up as well! This is a super rare option because everybody wanted T-tops when these Special Editions where ordered. It had to be specifically ordered without T-tops. I have the picture of the trim tag under hood with the "Y84" stamped clear as day! The T-top Y84's sell in the $30k to $40K range in this condition and this car is even more rare then those! SUPER SUPER RARE! Do your homework, I have set reserve at an extremely fair price for what this car is. My uncle drove this car daily to high school I'm sure raising hell and then parked it! cranking occasionally and driving around the block rarely for the last 20 years. He purchased car in 1986 with 41K miles and now only has 58k miles! This car has original paint/ interior/ engine/ everything! This car is in fantastic shape, and runs and drives like a new car! I was absolutely amazed how well this car drove. Its like riding in a new car...quiet cabin, smooth ride and shifts like a dream. You will not be disappointed I assure you. It has the 6.6 L 403 V8 motor with a/c, cruise control and all original and unmolested. It is sitting on original snow flake style rims w/ practically brand new Michelin tires all the way around! Interior is in near mint condition minus a couple old cigarette burns from his hay day! (all pictured) There are NO rips or tears anywhere throughout the interior, the only not so great part of the interior is the headliner. (even that not bad) radio works perfectly and actually sounds really good with new JVC 6x9s in the rear. All gauges work properly, including the clock! Amazing after all these year the second hand never stopped turning! This dash has no cracks in in at all either.. Mint condition dash/gauges. Paint is in really good condition, but the front and rear bumpers would be the (worse). pin-striping is faded in some areas however overall in great condition. Also I forgot to take pictures of the trunk but it does have original black carpet and original doughnut tire! Also it has special edition stickers on both door handles. I do know this is a badass survivor! I am not trying to hide anything so I took a ton of pictures to provide you the most amount of detail without seeing in person.
