A: No & none.  No one has ever smoked inside, there are no odors at all. Q: So what's wrong with the vehicle? Imperfections or problems? A: VERY little... Mechanically: nothing at all wrong. Runs great, no problems ever. Cosmetically: Leather on drivers' seat has some cracking and a little blue tint likely from blue jeans. Probably a good detailer could get it out. Passenger seat has some smaller creases/cracks. Very minor. There are some tiny, thin, hairline scratches on various panels... nothing like "keying"... minor tiny scratches that do NOT have metal showing or metal indentations.  Truly tiny, thinner than a hair.  These are the type of scratches a good detailer can remove pretty easily.  There is a small chip in the windshield.  This is probably the most significant thing wrong.  Just noticed it tonight.  It's SMALL, smaller than a grain of rice.  It has not "spread."  See picture of this HERE and judge for yourself if you'd decide to get that filled or replace the whole glass.  BID ACCORDINGLY...  I don't plan to fix this before delivery. On the rear bumper, there are two scratches in the plastic covering.  One about the size of two grains of rice, one smaller than a single grain of rice.  Both can be seen in this photo here. rear hatch - the metal trim piece has a nick along the bottom edge.  Tough to photograph at night, but I tried... circled area shows it.  it's small, but it can be seen and felt.  pretty small... maybe size of two grains of rice.  Photo of this is here. passenger side wheels -  my wife isn't great at judging where the curb is exactly... :)  so both right-side wheels have some curb rash on them from scraping curbs. Wish I had installed some of those "Alloy Gators" to protect the wheels.  Curb rash is visible... i've seen worse, but it's definitely there and if you're a perfectionist, it will bother you.  There are places that can polish that out. Photos of this are  here and  here. That's what I can find and think of for now, but will look more carefully tomorrow and post more details if I find anything. Should work now. On Dec-02-13 at 21:48:41 PST, seller added the following information: PLEASE NOTE: This will be a lease buy-out and transfer. I can't buy it from the lease company BEFORE it's sold here on eBay else I pay California Sales Tax on the purchase and then the new buyer will have to pay sales tax AGAIN after the sale. As stated, my Lexus dealer has agreed to process all the paperwork for me and the buyer and is very familiar with how this works and how to do it here in CA. But there will be a DELAY before the title will show up to the buyer's address from CA DMV or from whatever state buyer is in. Please plan accordingly... I can likely arrange for delivery of the vehicle itself with a Bill of Sale, Odometer statement, Smog Certificate, etc. within a few days after the purchase takes place on eBay. Title will take longer to arrive, but you will know that Steven Creek Lexus has processed the paperwork for us both and is arranging for the new title to get to you as soon as possible.
