Vehicle Detail

Here is an amazing 1963 Chevrolet Impala SS . Original owner bought new here in California from Leavell Chevrolet & CO. Still have the original check used to buy the car in 1963, dated June 26 1963 in the amount of $3226.14 . This car has been cared for by a Impala lover its whole life. Original 73,864 miles currently on the vehicle. Motor was completely rebuilt due to age and not damage in 6/2/1986 by Calamia engines in Sacramento. Then in 1989 Ripley’s Custom Paints re-sprayed the car in the factory color using DuPont Lucite acrylic lacquer ( part # 4560-L 867-96910-L Anniversary Gold RPO-927). From there we go to 5-16-2009 where Capital Transmission did a complete rebuilt on the powerglide, again these services where all preformed because owner of the car wants it as perfect as possible. Upholstery was completely redone as well by Bazil’s Custom Upholstery in 2008 . . Kniesel’s Auto service has been servicing this car for most of the vehicles life here in Sacramento, tons of work was performed over these times ( brakes, master cylinder, gas senders, gauges, rebuild carburetor, tune ups, mufflers, cooling system rebuild, gas tank boiled and restored, the list goes on and on) Can not go wrong with this car, if your looking for a nice all matching number 1963 Impala SS 327 original owner car, this is the one to have. Has been garaged and care for like a family member its whole life. I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking. Has a few normal wear and tear on the exterior, no dings or dints, just a small rock chip on the hood and a small seam paint crack on the rear window area. ( took pictures of both to show )Car was just appraised by Ryder Appraisal from California Auto Museum @ $31,500 and rated it #1 on condition which is explained as (above average / excellent). Reserve is set at near half of the appraised valve. Owner no longer has time or the ability to enjoy the car. Car has no cancer, very light surface rust in trunk, small crack on drivers rear taillight that has been repaired. You will love this original owner car. Good luck and happy bidding On Nov-21-13 at 11:05:19 PST, seller added the following information: Sorry guys, rookie move not showing the cowl tag. I tried to delete a photo and post the tag but it looks like ebay wont let me. Please email me for the cowl tag, those that already did the email is on its way to you. Good luck and happy bidding.
