This 1978 Honda Goldwing has just come out of short term storage and runs well, but has a fuel leak from one carburetor. A recent donation to a local charity, this bike shows only 55K miles but has a five digit odometer so it could be more. The bodywork looks good with only a few chips and scratches, but the chrome is dull and beginning to pit. Pegs, levers and crashbar show no evidence of ever having been dropped. Windshield and top case appear original, while side cases are made by Vetter. The seat is in good shape and has a detachable back rest for the rider. features include cruise control, highway pegs, an accessory socket, and a trailer hitch. Unfortunately the Blaupunkt stereo does not seem to work. Mechanically it will need a battery and some carb work due to the leak, (stuck float?) but when jump started it runs well and idles smoothly. A solid older Goldwing with a lot of life left in it. Selling it for a charity, so NO RESERVE.
