This BEAUTIFUL 1957 Porsche 356 Speedster Recreation was professionally built by CMC with very nice attention to detail. With less than 1,000 miles on the odometer, you are bidding on a like new automobile. It is one thing to build a car with precision and detail, but the owner of that car will tell a lot about the current condition. The current owner of this amazing Speedster has taken the time to make sure this car remains as accurate as possible and mechanically perfect. For example the motor in this great roadster was fully disassembled and professionally rebuilt just 300 miles ago. The top has never been on the car, because it does not leave the garage if there is even a slight chance of rain. The tires were just replaced with brand new Nexen SB-802 165/80r15 tires, not because the originals with less than 800 miles on them had gotten bald, simply because that is how you treat a garage queen. And the current owner has every receipt for this car stored in a 2 inch thick binder, along with original builder data.
