I have for auction a 1977 Lincoln Town Car. It is an older restoration with a new maroon vinyl top. The paint is still in very good condition. I purchased the car from an old woman in a nursing home. It has a 460 V-8 with an automatic transmission. The car has all the Lincoln options except for the power moonroof. Many of the old parts are still in the trunk. It has a burgundy velour interior. It's not ripped or torn. The interior doesn't smell of cigarette smoke. It does have a fuel leak which I believe is the rubber filler tube. It doesn't leak when it's not full. I've driven it from Lancaster,Pa to Pittsburgh and around town. The engine runs well and the transmission shifts properly. The carb will need rebuilt. When the car sits, the bowl empties out. Once started, it run ok. It will need a highbeam switch unless you can free up the one that's in there. The a/c blows cool but could probably use a charge. The tires are good. The tilt wheel cruise control, power windows and seats all work. The factory radio does not. This is a classic that needs very little work. I just don't have the time to enjoy this car.
