Here is a rare deal that I am only going to list this way maybe twice in this format due to them being a super rare pair, I would like to sale them as a set due to them being bought so close together and having their original blue Oregon license plates that are sequential. The first one is a early production Candy Gold 1969 silver tag, it has 2780 miles, 3 speed auto, it has the screws in horn housing and a bolt on tool kit tray under the seat, the frame number is CT70-108769, engine number is CT70E-108388, this bike would not start when I bought it, the carb poured gas out of it, so I bought a re-pop carb, installed it with fresh gas, fired on the second kick, adjusted the idle and the mixture screws a little and it runs great, but the old carb will come with bike for your total restoration and this is the only thing that I have done to either bike the overall condition of these bikes is good being kept in a dirt floor barn for most of there lives, the chrome has some rust pits, but most of this would polish off if you were not going to do a full restore. the gold 69 is missing most of the Honda frame sticker on the right side, all that is left is the "A". the muffler mount is broken at the shock mount. none of this is hard to find, almost everything is available for these on eBay. The second one, a 6/70 Candy Blue-Green, it has 2337 miles, a 4-speed manual transmission, the frame number is CT70H-114212, the engine number is CT70HE-114265, this bike started on the first kick. everything works as it should, the headlight is cracked but it still works# the seat has the Honda logo sewed on from another cover so I think this one was replaced at some point# overall this bike is the nicest in my opinion, as appearances go, and they both run great. the seats on the bikes have been switched between the two at some point, so to make them more valuable and the 69 to be correct it needs the bolt on tool tray seat switched back. the picture of the cracked seat pan is on the 69 but really belongs on the 70 both bikes have the rubber mud flat that is usually missing. both have the chrome spark plug guard, and matching rear view mirrors, not sure if these are Honda mirrors, none of my other bike had them. theses bikes would be awesome and in my opinion, easy restoration projects, but you could clean them up and replace a couple of tires and just enjoy them as is. the tires all hold air fine but the rears on both are a little low on tread. 500.00 non-refundable paypal deposit is required. the rest will be up to you as long as I have cash in hand when the bikes get loaded up. payment of balance is cash only. balance must be paid within 7 days of the end of auction. failure to pay balance within 7 days will forfeit your 500.00 PayPal deposit. both bikes are sold as is, where is, with no warranty of any kind. I will help your shipper load the bikes and help any way I can. I will not arrange shipping for you, please don't ask. I live out in the sticks but would be willing to haul them up to 50 miles for free. I don't not have the titles but I do have the last Oregon 1978 registrations and a letter from the executor of the estate that they are free and clear. this never mattered to me at all, as most of my past bikes haven't had them. if these don't sell I might turn them into a winter project and sell them in the spring when more people are looking for bikes. or I might keep them as my first bike was a 71ko in blue, I've always had one of these around and I just can't pass them up. thanks for looking
