Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a 2013 Honda Rancher 420 FM Foot Shift EFI 4WD utility. The Rancher line is the best selling line of ATV's in America. It is one of the most versatile, dependable ATV's ever made. It starts with the 420cc four stroke, liquid-cooled work horse engine with electronic fuel injection. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. This Rancher has EFI, Electronic Fuel Injection. EFI makes hard cold starts a thing of the past. It automatically adjusts the air/fuel ratio for temperature and altitude so it's always at the correct ratio to provide smooth power delivery as well as easy starting. No choke or carburetor to worry about. Just turn the key, put it in gear, and you're gone. The engine is backed up by the awesome manual foot shift transmission. With the foot shift transmission, there are no belts to worry about getting wet or slipping. To be clear, while you do shift among 5 forward gears and reverse with your foot, you do not use a clutch lever. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. If you want an excellent ATV to hunt, work or play and bring you a lifetime of enjoyment, this is definitely the machine for you. Honda Ranchers are awesome ATV's, and the fuel injection makes them easy to start even on the coldest days. Hop on it, hit the start button and you're gone with ease. Of course it does come with a clear title. Condition: This machine is in great condition. Honda doesn't equip this model with a hour meter or speedometer so we have to judge it based on factors such as wheels bearings, tire wear, and plastics condition etc. We judge it to have less then 100 miles, barely broken in by Honda standards. This machine is very clean and looks extremely nice. The engine is perfect and fires immediately thanks to the electronic fuel injection. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent, or broken. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks, or smoke. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The plastics are in great shape with only light trail scratches here and there. This machine looks very clean and will make someone very happy. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. This one looks great, runs great, and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories. However, we are not a wholesaler and we do have to charge sales tax the same as if you are a retail customer. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
