This auction is for a vehicle that was seized by the Roseville California Police Department. The car will be sold to the highest bidder. The car will be sold with court paperwork authorizing the sale. The buyer will have to go to the DMV after inspecting the vehicle to complete the sale with a member of the Roseville Police Department. The vehicle will be transferred into the buyers name, all taxes and transfer fees will be paid by the buyer. The vehicle will then be released to the buyer at the Roseville Police Department located at 1051 Junction Bl Roseville California 95678. The vehicle has sat in a storage parking lot for several months. We want to let the bidders be aware that the vehicle has not been inspected by a mechanic and it's condition is unknown. The vehicle is being sold "As is" with no warrantee. The car looks much cleaner in the photos than it is in person. There are stains in the carpet, seats and headliner. The plastic covered moldings between the windshield and the front doors (A Piller) have the fabric peeling from them at the lower section. The radio is an aftermarket Pioneer and not all of the buttons work. Some of the seat plastic mouldings have been broken and do not stay attached near the manual seat adjustment levers. On the outside the car is missing the cover to the front tow hook on the front bumper. On both sides the metal moulding between the door and the body leak when driving the car through a carwash. It looks like there are small plastic clips that hold a weatherstipping moulding onto the car that have broken. This may be a cheap or an expensive fix. The cover from the battery in the trunk is missing. The wheels are aftermarket and have no center caps. The tires are worn and will need to be replaced soon. There are minor scraps and scratches around the car. As you can see from the description we attempt to identify any known defects that we can see but we are not mechanics and have no mechanic certification. The vehicle may have issues that are unknown to us. We did drive the car and the clutch engages and appears to hold under hard acceleration with no slipping. The brakes stop the car and the a/c works. The car has been locked for several months and could use a good cleaning and airing out. The car does not smell of smoke.
