You will seldom see any Toyota Echoes for sale. The reason: not too many people want to part with them. My Echo has roughly 186K but has not broken down even once. This 2002 Echo has the reliability of any other Toyota and the economic sense that beats present day hybrid way ahead of its time. My Echo has a clean title one owner and, has only been driven by one person ie. Me. I have driven this car over the years, with kid gloves, very gently. And have been religious in its maintenance. This car may look small from the outside but has a lot of room on the inside and in its trunk, not to mention the zip when needed.So why am I selling it? I am moving overseas and can’t take it with me. It would be cost prohibitive. But considering I bought this brand new from Lou Fusz and all the car payments I made on this car, I would have been much happier with driving it in the ground; I would never buy another brand-new car. So who could use this car? Anyone who is fuel consumption cost conscious ie. Students, second car for use just in the city or a straight shot long commute for non speeding drivers, basically anyone who wants a reliable car for the next ten years or more, without committing to overhanging payments. The remote car locks do not work efficiently, CD player has a CD stuck in it and needs fixing the radio AC and heater works perfectly. Front-end bumper is slightly skewed because I almost pulled it off when making a reverse; the bumper had gone over the stop barrier in my mother in-laws garage. I did get it fixed however. And there is a rust spot on the driver’s door. Other than that there are some dings and a few tiny dents. Please feel free to email me for additional pictures and any other questions.
