Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE 1980 International Scout with SD33 Turbo Diesel!!! Title states it’s a 1972 because the body is from a 72 model. It has a 4 inch lift, brand new tires, and it ready for deer season, winter, or when SHTF. Can operate fully without any electronics. Interesting enough, the scout has two solar panels in the roof, with a continual charge to a second battery, located in the back. The second battery wires run to the primary battery under the hood, and is readily available to charge the primary and start the engine when needed. Also, the Scout is wired for two front fog/spot lights (not presently attached) and has a remote control in the dash for a detachable GoLight (included in the purchase). The GoLight wires run to the top front of the roof. Those wires have a connection along the doorframe, in the event the roof is detached from the body in summer months. Currently, the AC motor needs replacing. Typical imperfections in the body (couple dents) but nothing major. Placed the '72 tub on the '80 frame; new brake and fuel lines, shocks, tires. It was painted this spring. No rust!!!!! Selling because I haven’t the time to enjoy the vehicle.
