This is a nice original 1977 Ford truck. I have owned it for about 6 years and I believe I am the third owner. I starts good, runs good, shifts and drives excellent. It has quite obviously been well cared for over the years. I used for a daily driver for a while and traveled from Maryland to New York with it several times. I just don't drive it much anymore and have decided to sell it. I always get compliments on it everywhere I go from people of all ages. The original window sticker and bill of sale are included. All of the body panels are straight and dent free as well as the original trim is all in tact. Originally a Pennsylvania truck, it is relatively rust free and in good condition for its age. There is some rust on the cab corners and I have brand new patch panels that go with the truck. The drivers side floor has rusted and will need repair. The tailgate was replaced with an aftermarket one and unfortunately never painted so it has surface rust and needs to be refinished. In the six years I have owned it, I put a battery in it, tuned it up, replaced the front calipers, replaced a cracked windshield, and have done some brake work. Its always been very dependable and could use a few small incidentals like the glove box liner, headliner, cap latch repair, stereo replacement. Otherwise, the interior is in very good overall condition with the usual cracks in the dash and steering wheel. I believe the front seat has probably been recovered and it is excellent, firm, and comfortable. The tires are excellent. This will make someone an excellent daily driver or its a great candidate for restoration. On Oct-19-13 at 11:33:06 PDT, seller added the following information:10/19 UPDATE: I neglected to mention in the original listing that I did put a new heater motor, high output heater core and new heater hoses on the truck. In addition, I noticed that it did not brake as well as normal and ran a bit rough this week. (It has been sitting and I have driven it very little in the past year.) It came back from the shop yesterday and they installed a new brake booster as well as disassembled and cleaned the carburetor.I don't want the new owner to have any surprises. I'm told by the shop that a couple of local people saw the truck and put their bids in! The low reserve has been met, so good luck bidding!
