this is a nice 1970 ford maverick-mileage shows 36,000 but I believe it to be wrong? possibly 136,000- 200 cubic inch 6 cylinder motor with a rebuild a few years back- C 4 automatic trans- 8 inch rear end (ratio unknown) all with no leaks or drips-fresh oil change and recent tuneup- newer radiator- new exhaust system--immaculate body with recent 2yr old paint( base clear) with black side stripes-this was a southern car and has all its original rust free floors ,etc. -- newer radial tires and nice correct hubcaps-immaculate blue vinyl and cloth interior- this is a late 70 maverick as it has the locking steering column instead of the key in the dash- sony am -fm cassette- all lights, heat,wipers windows work as they should- this car is quiet and drives as nice as a brand new 70 maverick- this car draws a crowd wherever it goes and is a pleasure to drive- its happy at 70-75 mph on the expressway and hates gas- it has a Virginia title and if it could use anything the rear bumper would look better if replated- appears to have been waxed too much over the years to me? i ve tried to be honest and describe the car as best I can - I don't like surprises and don't like giving them- call with any questions. no texts- possible prepaid delivery within 400 miles of Lebanon, ohio- 513-932-1933 513-235-7768On Oct-15-13 at 07:47:35 PDT, seller added the following information: car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end auction at any time.
