This is a project car so it needs a lot of work! This is a classic 1975, the first year that Honda Civics were sold with the CVCC in the US. This car got 40 mpg easy when it was on the road. It doesn't have the CVCC engine, It has the SOHC 8-valve design with a 2 barrel carburetor. All coolant was drained from engine prior to parking it 9 year ago, so no problems with freezing.
